"Understand that real “quality time” with your kid is every second spent in cuddling, reading, playing, learning or just being together, and not short frantic bursts of “fun” activities." Exactly! I think people get the wrong idea of "quality time" and end up trying to force things. They think they need to schedule outings, activities, parties, when really it's about spending time enjoying your child. Very nice post!
